Precautions You Can Take To Avoid Migraine


Most of the people in the beginning do not even realize that they have a migraine problem. The moment their head splits in pain they try to take all possible self- medication for the pain to subside. But if this become a regular phenomena, its time you visit the doctors and get yourself examined.

The precautions you can take in case you suffer from a migraine:

The most important and the foremost thing is to visit the doctor and get yourself examined whether its migraine that is causing these frequent headaches.
Avoid foods or anything that might trigger of your migraine.
If you are moving out of your house, make sure you carry the dose of medicines in your bag.
Try and practice Yoga as it is quite helpful in relieving you of these headaches. Concentrate particularly on the your inhaling and exhaling.
If there is some tension mounting anywhere in your body take measures to relieve the tension and try and relax yourself.
Drink copious amount of water.
Take a diet rich in proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Help Prevent Fractures Amongst The Elderly


At a vulnerable age of 65 years and over fractures amongst the aged become a hackneyed affair and could even prove fatal. These may in the long run cause more complications and even be largely responsible for mortality. The amount of pain and the kind of trauma they go through when suffering from these fractures may just be unimaginable of us.

Yet there are few things we could do to help prevent them from getting these fractures:

The most important initial step to begin with is to ensure there diet contains all the required supplements they need at this age.

In case they complain of any pain anytime ensure that you consult the doctor immediately for the same.

You could take them to a nearby park so that they walk daily this will not only be a good change for them but also reduce chances of arthritis and osteoporosis.

A daily exercise regimen where they can even practice mild exercises would go a long way in benefiting them.

What Makes A Place Haunted?


World over there are places believed to be haunted. Several hotels, mansions, cemeteries and palaces have their story to narrate. Ghosts and spirits often stem from places where there is pain and sufferings involved for few people.

These places give an eerie feeling, when visited. The ghosts and spirits are found in places where they believe they have a connection or where they were prior to their death.  Ghosts are known to make their presence felt to all sorts of people when they visit such places. They are known to be stronger when they possess the energy they require to be stronger and the reason why they settle for isolated and lonely habitats.

As per some peoples accounts, some ghosts are so powerful that they can manifest themselves in a physical form to narrate their tale of woe. They are not known to have preferences for people who believe in them or not. Irrespective of the person and the place they exist. Most are believed to hold onto their past memories and try and avenge their death from those responsible for it.
