Daily Intake Of Milk Cuts Heart Diseases Risk By 18 Per Cent


The study undertaken by a group of researchers revealed that drinking low- fat  milk daily decreases the chances of cardiovascular strokes by almost about 18 per cent.

Dairy products especially milk are otherwise considered very healthy for a well- balanced diet  as it is loaded with rich supply of nutrients calcium, potassium and protein found abundantly in milk. The calcium in milk is also related to greater diet- induced weight- loss when incorporated into the daily diet.
