Why Does Music Make Us Dance?

The new night club that just opened in your city, you decided to go and take a glance of it. Come Saturday and you are finally there, the moment you enter the club you are just so full of emotions all of a sudden and you notice people around you gyrating to the deafening music. Suddenly you realize you are grooving to the music too, is it because all of them are doing so. Wonder why music makes you want to groove?

Dancing is said to release our pent up emotions, in the form of our dance moves. The dance movements we make to the rhythm of the music is  an expression of our desires. While the music plays and makes you want to dance it temporarily rids you of your worries, which sure is very relaxing.

We all  dance to fall to fall in love with the spirit of all things. We also often dance to survive the chaos and turmoil around us, as it frees the mind for better things that you most likely would accomplish without the troubled state of the mind, besides this it is also one of the ways to relax yourself physically and mentally. 'Groove to the music and dance away your blues'.
